What is the warranty policy on Vincero products?
All Vincero watches and accessories are covered by a limited 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers any manufacturing defects to the movement, case, or crystal.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 7-14 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 365-day return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item as long as it is in its original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.
Are Vincero watches water-resistant?
Most of our watches have a water resistance rating of 5 ATM or 10 ATM. This means they can withstand splashes and brief immersion, but we recommend checking the specific product page for your model's depth rating.
